Megapoxy PF is a rapid-setting, non-sag epoxy paste for urgent concrete, stone and metal bonding or repairs. It sets in approximately seven minutes and develops more than half its ultimate strength within 15 minutes of mixing at 25°C.

Fast repairs where holding time matters

Use PF to secure precast components, repair chipped concrete edges, fill small defects in tanks and pipes, or bond stone and metal where the paste must stay in place. It is available in white and grey and is formulated not to stain light-coloured marble or ceramics when mixed correctly.

PF versus PM and P1

Choose PF for fast, localised repairs: working time is only three minutes at 25°C. For longer positioning and more extensive bonding, Megapoxy PM offers 45 minutes and Megapoxy P1 offers 60 minutes with potable-water compliance.

Before you apply

Prepare the bonding faces and stage all components before mixing. Combine Parts A and B 1:1 by volume, mix until uniform and apply immediately. Minimum cure at 25°C is one hour, increasing to two hours at 15°C. Do not apply below 10°C.

How quickly does Megapoxy PF set?
Megapoxy PF sets in approximately seven minutes and has a three-minute working time at 25°C. Minimum cure is one hour at that temperature.

Should I choose PF or PM for a larger repair?
Choose PF when rapid setting is essential and the repair can be placed within three minutes. PM provides a longer 45-minute working time for more extensive bonding and filling.

Does Megapoxy PF stain light marble?
When correctly mixed, PF is formulated not to stain or discolour white and light-coloured marble or ceramics.

Sets in approximately seven minutes for urgent localised repairs. Non-sag paste holds on vertical and overhead faces. More than half of ultimate strength develops within 15 minutes at 25°C. 1:1 mix; white and grey variants.
Complete all surface preparation and component positioning before mixing. Remove grease, weak concrete and coatings. Mix equal volumes of Parts A and B until uniform, then place within the three-minute working time at 25°C. Minimum cure is one hour at 25°C; cooler conditions require longer.
Working time is only three minutes at 25°C; prepare everything before mixing. Do not apply below 10°C or over weak or contaminated substrates. The seven-minute set is not the same as the one-hour minimum cure at 25°C.
  • Concrete and precast concrete.
  • Steel and other properly prepared bare metals.
  • Brick, ceramics and compressed cement sheet.
  • Fibreglass.

Megapoxy PF - Use Cases

Here are some common examples on where Megapoxy PF used by our customers.

Civil Construction

Urgent Concrete and Pipe Repairs

Patch localised defects in concrete pipes, tanks, stairs and columns when a rapid-setting non-sag adhesive is required.

PF sets in about seven minutes and holds on vertical or overhead repair faces.

  • Non-sag overhead surfaces
  • 3 minutes work time
  • 46 MPa flexural strength
  • 80°C max operating temp

Civil Construction

Rapid Stone and Metal Fixing

Bond prepared stone, metal and precast components when short setting time matters more than extended positioning time.

A three-minute working time and rapid strength development suit small, time-critical bonds.

  • Sets in 7 minutes at 25°C
  • Very high strength permanent bonds
  • Compressive Strength 70 Mpa
  • Can be machined after 30 minutes cure at 25°C
