How To Apply  

How to apply PU 25 FC Polyurethane Sealant:

  2. Priming: Apply appropriate primer (Adheseal 50A for non-porous, Everflex Supaprime for porous) and allow to dry for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Joint Design: Aim for a 2:1 width-to-depth ratio. Use backer rod for joints over 10mm deep and bond breaker tape to prevent three-sided adhesion.
  4. Application: Cut nozzle at 45° for sealant or 90° for adhesive. Apply in a continuous bead, ensuring good contact with both sides of the joint.
  5. Tooling: Tool off with a moistened spatula within 5 minutes. Remove masking tape while sealant is still wet.
