Megapoxy LVS is a clear, low-viscosity epoxy sealer and primer that soaks into porous concrete, brick, mortar, natural stone and timber. It strengthens the surface and reduces its ability to absorb moisture, oils and other contaminants.
Sealing porous concrete and timber
Use LVS to harden porous concrete, seal internal concrete tanks, protect masonry or prepare a dry concrete floor before an epoxy coating. For a finished industrial floor, apply Megapoxy MC over the primed surface; LVS itself is the penetrating preparation layer.
LVS or 154?
Choose LVS for porous, thoroughly dry substrates when a clear penetrating epoxy sealer is needed. Megapoxy 154 is water-based and better suited to prepared damp or green concrete. Neither is a flexible crack-bridging membrane.
Before you apply
The surface must be thoroughly dry and free of dust, oil and loose material. Mix two parts A to one part B by volume for three minutes, then brush or roll on thinly. Use a minimum of two coats for sealing porous surfaces, or one coat when priming beneath Megapoxy MC. Working time is 30 minutes at 25°C.
