Megapoxy HICB is a pourable, high-impact epoxy backing compound for crusher liners and heavy processing machinery. It fills gaps behind metal wear liners to provide a rigid, supportive layer that distributes crushing loads.
Pour Megapoxy HICB behind prepared liner plates in cone and gyratory crushers, grinding mills and similar equipment. Its fluid consistency helps fill narrow spaces between liner plates and their support structure. The cured backing offers high compressive strength and impact resistance in demanding mining and quarry operations.
Choose HICB for pouring behind crusher liners. Megapoxy Megadure is a trowelable, ceramic-filled compound for protective linings on exposed wear surfaces. Megapoxy 206 Ultra is a flowable structural grout for machinery bases, bearings and anchors.
Remove old backing and debris, then seal openings that could leak during the pour. Mix the complete pre-measured kit until uniform and pour steadily into the prepared cavity. Keep each pour to a maximum thickness of 50 mm. Do not apply below 10°C.
