Grout & Finish Masonry & Stone

This stage fills structural panel joints and applies supported protective, trafficable, or colour finishing Products. The live range contains RLA Penaflow Panel Grout, Gripset LS Trafficable Coating, and Megapoxy Pigment Paste. The stage is last because grouting and finishing depend on completed bonding, waterproofing, and joint preparation.

The local evidence for the Mapei grouts names tiled walls, floors, pools, and interior or exterior joints. They remain provisional because natural-stone and masonry jobs can include tiled or grouted finishes, but they overlap the Tiling journey. The owner deferred the decision to expose them here, cross-link them, or keep them in Tiling.

RLA Penaflow Panel Grout is included for structural panel work because its evidence describes support beneath precast concrete panels, filling core holes, and underpinning concrete sections. It is a structural grout use rather than a decorative tile grout. Confirm the gap, support condition, placement method, flow, cure, and load requirements in the Product instructions.

Gripset LS Trafficable Coating is included for external rooftops, decks, balconies, and walkways where the evidence describes a hard-wearing, slip-resistant, weather-exposed finish. It belongs after the substrate and waterproofing work. Confirm the required traffic, exposure, substrate, and system build-up before selecting a coating; do not infer suitability from the word “trafficable” alone.

Megapoxy Pigment Paste is included because its evidence describes colour matching Megapoxy resins for natural stone and concrete installations where visible adhesive lines matter. The pigment is an additive, not a standalone adhesive or coating. Confirm compatibility with the selected resin, colour result, mix procedure, and cure conditions from the Product instructions.
