Megapoxy 57 Slow is a high-strength, solvent-free epoxy grout for demanding civil and industrial grouting applications. Its extended working time helps installers place grout around bearing pads, machinery bases and anchor assemblies before curing.
Applications
- Bridge bearing pads and rail infrastructure grouting.
- Machinery chocking and heavily loaded baseplates.
- Anchor bolt and structural equipment grouting.
Technical characteristics
- Pre-measured two-part epoxy grout kit: 9.4 kg.
- Compressive strength: 95 MPa (ASTM D695-96).
- Working time: approximately 60 minutes at 25°C; shorter at higher temperatures.
- Maximum continuous service temperature: 80°C.
