Megapoxy 108 is a rapid-setting liquid epoxy for bridge pile splicing and high-strength precast concrete repairs. It develops early strength quickly, making it especially useful when civil works cannot wait for a conventional structural grout to cure.
Use it to bond prepared pile sections or combine the mixed resin with silica 50N sand to make a fast-setting repair mortar for damaged precast concrete. The moisture-tolerant resin can cure in the presence of moisture, an advantage on exposed construction sites.
Both can be used for pile work. Choose 108 when rapid early strength is the priority: it has an 8-minute working time and a two-hour minimum cure at 25°C. Megapoxy 206 Ultra provides a longer 30-minute working time and is a flowable grout for machinery bases, bridge bearings, anchoring and 5–50 mm grout sections.
Before mixing: Prepare the pile joint or repair area and have everything ready to place. Mix 4 parts A to 1 part B by volume; for mortar, add 3 volumes of silica 50N sand to 1 volume of mixed epoxy. Do not apply below 10°C.
