The M11 hammer-in injection packer is an injection fitting for introducing suitable repair resin into concrete cracks. Its hammer-in design offers an alternative to drilled injection packers where the repair method and crack geometry permit.
Check the crack, packer placement, resin and injection connection before work. For drilled injection ports, choose an appropriately sized mechanical packer.
Hammer-in fit: no drilling ports or mixing anchor adhesive.
Holds its own seal in the crack.
Fast setup for wide surface cracks.
Clean loose material from the crack, hammer the packer in until it seats tight, and inject. Pull it when done and patch the hole. Space packers along the crack so resin can travel between them.
For wider surface cracks: hairline cracks and deep structural repairs need drilled brass packers for a proper seal.
