- Complete the waterproofing, tiling and grouting before installing the grate. The grate does not form part of the waterproofing system.
- Measure the required finished length. Cut the bottom tray to suit the selected end-cap type, then cut the roll-out top grate to the required clearance.
- Drill the waste opening at the required position using a suitable Lauxes hole saw and fit the waste outlet with neutral-cure silicone.
- Install the grate into the prepared provision using neutral-cure silicone, ensuring the grate is level and does not contact wet cement or screed.
- Fit the end caps, remove excess residue and clean the grate immediately after installation.
