How to apply Azcoseal:

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Remove loose materials and efflorescence.
2. Apply Azcoseal: Apply using a brush, roller, or spray. Apply two coats for sealing and one coat for priming, at 4m²/L per coat.
3. Allow to Dry: Allow each coat to dry before applying the next. Follow the recommended drying times.
4. Clean Up: Clean tools and spills with Duram Solvent.

Azcoseal limitations:

• Not suitable for non-porous surfaces like metal, glazed tiles, or particleboard.
• Moisture-sensitive during curing; avoid application in wet conditions.
• Potential slipperiness when wet; consider anti-slip additives for trafficable areas.
• Solvent-based; requires proper ventilation during application.
• Test areas are recommended, particularly on pavers and terracotta tiles.
• Not a vapour barrier, use Duram Primeseal MC where a vapour barrier is needed.
