UV Stable Membranes

Exposed membranes and sealants take a beating — UV degradation is the number one cause of premature failure on rooftops, balconies and external joints. This range covers UV stable products across four membrane and sealant technologies: reinforced and unreinforced PVC sheet membranes for single-ply roofing systems, cementitious membranes for immersion and potable water applications, polyurethane sealants for trafficable decks and expansion joints, and silicone sealants for façade weathersealing and glazing. Each product is selected for verified UV resistance, so you're not resealing joints or replacing membranes two years down the track.

The right choice depends on your substrate, exposure and movement requirements. PVC sheet membranes handle large-span flat roofs with mechanical anchoring or full adhesion. Cementitious membranes bond directly to concrete and masonry for tanks, pools and wet areas. Polyurethane sealants and membranes deliver high elongation and tensile strength for trafficable and structural applications. Silicone sealants cover the high-movement joints where flexibility and colour stability matter most.
