Megapoxy HX is an extra-low-viscosity epoxy resin for injecting fine, non-moving cracks and penetrating porous stone or concrete. At approximately 200 cps mixed viscosity, it flows into narrow spaces that thicker bonding resins cannot readily reach.
Use HX for low-pressure crack injection in concrete, strengthening natural stone before polishing, or impregnating porous masonry and timber. It also works as a low-viscosity laminating resin for suitable fibreglass and carbon-fibre reinforcement.
Choose HX when penetration into a fine crack or porous stone is the priority. Megapoxy H is a more viscous hydrophilic bonding resin for concrete repairs. Megapoxy LVS is a penetrating sealer and floor-coating primer rather than a dedicated injection resin.
Remove dust, grease and loose material from the crack or stone surface. Mix three parts A to one part B by volume and pour or inject within 60 minutes at 25°C. Allow at least 24 hours to cure at 25°C. Do not use for moving cracks.
Can Megapoxy HX fill hairline concrete cracks?
Yes. Its extra-low mixed viscosity of about 200 cps helps it penetrate fine, static cracks using gravity or low-pressure injection.
Can HX be used on natural stone?
Yes. It can penetrate and strengthen porous natural stone and improve surfaces before further fabrication or polishing.
What is the difference between HX and H?
