Everflex WPM is a single-component, self-reinforced elastomeric waterproof membrane specifically formulated for under-tile applications. Tested to AS-4858:2004 and AS4654.1 standards, it meets the requirements for both internal and external use. Once cured, it forms a Class 3 waterproof barrier that is durable, flexible, and odourless. Its water-based formulation allows for easy cleanup and meets Green Star environmental criteria. The membrane's low permeability makes it suitable for timber floors, and its micro-fibre reinforcement enhances its strength and durability.

How To Apply  

How to apply Everflex WPM:

  3. Apply the first coat: use a brush or roller to achieve a 0.75mm wet film thickness.
  4. Apply the second coat: at right angles to the first, also 0.75mm wet film thickness.
  5. Verify thickness: use a film thickness gauge to ensure proper DFT.
  6. Allow curing: approximately 48 hours at 25°C and 50% humidity.
Limitations and Safety Info  

Everflex WPM limitations:

  • Do not use when temperatures are below 10°C or above 35°C.
  • Limited UV resistance; must be tiled or topped.
  • Do not apply on damp, wet, or contaminated substrates.
  • Not suitable as an exposed membrane.
